Hello Julie and Coleen and helpers. Sorry it’s taken me so long to say my thanks to you all but the family were with us till yesterday afternoon and after the hall dismantling I really had to sit down! I just wanted to say that the whole experience with BON APPETIT has been seamless. We felt in good hands right from the start and that continued right until the last bit of clearing up was done. We have had a lovely response from many guests with lots of compliments about the food. I am amazed that it all appeared as if by magic without me noticing. And although this sounds a bit mundane, I especially appreciated walking out of the hall leaving a huge mess. Thank you so much for the clearing up, it made things so easy for us. We do hope that you can recover a bit now before your next event and we hope your business continues to thrive. Thank you for all your hard work on our behalf.

Julie, what can I say?? you absolutely nailed it yesterday. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank you enough, your food, your staff, everything was just unbelievable. Even our pickiest of guests had only incredible things to say about your food, and we even had some say it was the best meal they’ve ever had!!! The burrito bar was an absolute hit, trusting your suggestion on that was one of the best wedding decisions we made, I didn’t get one myself but I’m not kidding everyone has made a point of talking about the burritos when talking about the day as a whole!!! Really, thank you so so so much!

Julie, I apologise for not messaging sooner. Since Friday my week has been a complete blur. Still not quite caught up with everyone I need to. I genuinely don’t know where to start. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m the most anal perfectionist at the best of times and can imagine I’m a complete pain to even work with because I want the best back for my time and money. When I walked into your kitchen I was amazed to see you working how you were. I stood for a few moments and took the moment in to see you (not the team) flying about pulling the team in to deliver and get them ready. It was only a snapshot of your entire day but I could tell how engrossed you were in making the delivery perfect for our day. The food was amazing. It surpassed what I remembered it would be. It did exactly what I wanted it to do! People couldn’t eat it because they were so full! That sounds mad but I’ve been to so many weddings where it just wasn’t enough. People were telling me how amazing the food was as I circulated every table to talk to our family and friends during our own servings . I spoke to every guest during those 2 hours and every table commented on the food.
My wedding was an incredible day. The day went too quick. Your company pulled it completely out the bag for me and added to the entire day. It was a stress free delivery, my guests loved it. For that I will be forever grateful.
You said this was a big wedding for you. Anyone watching would have thought that big weddings were your bread and butter. You smashed it.
Can you please send me Julie’s number from the floor as well. That women is something special and I’d like to pass on my thanks to her personally. I don’t know where you’ve found her but having Julie running that floor made the food and service the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to plenty of corporate catered events. She’s on a different level.
It’s not very often I cry but leaving rise hall I was in absolute tears. Overwhelmed with emotion. I never believed anyone when they said getting married will be the best day of your life but it was and you were a part of it. Thank you so much Julie! I’ll make sure my path crosses with you very soon so I can say thank you properly to your face with a massive hug. Its the least I can do!

From our first contact with Bon Appetit I knew we’d found the caterers for us.. Julie and Coleen are super friendly, professional and were enormously helpful during the planning stages! They really went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly – Coleen even lent us her daughters microphone when we realised we didn’t have one at last minute!!! How can we thank you enough! We enjoyed the food we tried at our tasting session that much that we couldn’t decide what to choose for our wedding day…So bon appetit enabled us to have a choice for all our guests! Julie and Coleen are incredibly accommodating! All your guests allergies and specific requirements will be covered without you needing to worry in the slightest! On our wedding day the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, honestly so many said how great it was! It was so nice for us to hear! Bon Appetit really are the very BEST! Thank you once again for being the perfect caterers for our wedding!

Julie and her team catered our wedding on the 8th of June. From first contact right through to the big day, Julie, Coleen and the team were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The taylor-made buffet was delicious and we’ve heard great comments from our guests too. We had some fairly specific requests (Algarvian carrot conserve anyone?!), and we didn’t make it easy as we wanted a broad variety of delectables but they nailed it! I hear the evening hog roast was scrummy too, though I’m sorry to say I missed out as I was still full from the buffet earlier (so don’t worry about quality or quantity because Bon Appetit does both!). There were also some really lovely touches that we felt went above and beyond: contacting guests who had food allergies and making plates of food bespoke to them and catering to any other guests who had special requirements. Julie even helped out with providing some last minute additional decorations! Julie’s experience shines through and she or Coleen will be only a message or a phone call away to offer helpful advice; things your frazzled wed-head may not have remotely considered! Thank you so much for helping make our day really special, we really can’t recommend Bon Appetit highly enough!

Bon Appetit catered our wedding at Cleatham Hall last Saturday, the whole team had been lovely from the very start of our wedding planning, Coleen and Julie were so helpful and they really care about what types of food you love and all your guests needs, they made such an effort to cater to our individual taste and for our vegan, vegetarian and gluten intolerant guests, nothing was too much trouble for them. It was actually a breeze to plan no stress at all they make you feel so relaxed! On the day everything went perfectly, Julie was incredible and really took care of everyone, she received so many compliments from guests who were so impressed with her. We had Salmon fillet or Daube of Beef for mains and I have to say it was the best beef I have ever had, all our guests agreed that the meal was fantastic, no one could get over how amazing everything tasted we are still talking about it now. Coleen made sure everyone had plenty to eat throughout the day with lots of delicious canapés (especially the mini Yorkshire puddings were to die for) and there was plenty of evening food, Julie made sure I had my favorite pulled pork bap left over for me when every body left which was the best idea ever! Highly recommend to everyone! 5*
